Pendant plus d'un si\u00e8cle, les souverains hanovriens furent \u00e9galement rois d'Angleterre. Malgr\u00e9 la s\u00e9paration politique, des liens \u00e9troits se sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans les domaines de la science, de l'agriculture et des arts. Ce n'est qu'en 1837 que cette \u00e9poque particuli\u00e8re prit fin, lorsque Guillaume IV resta sans h\u00e9ritier m\u00e2le et que le droit de succession guelfe excluait une succession f\u00e9minine au tr\u00f4ne.<\/p><p>La visite guid\u00e9e de la ville <strong>\"Hanovre : Very British - sur les traces de l'union personnelle\"<\/strong> vous invite \u00e0 vous plonger dans cette \u00e9poque fascinante.
