SUP in the Beach life
From May to September, whenever Strandleben is open, you can hire a SUP board at absolutely relaxed conditions or get started in this sport with one of the qualified supervised courses.
From 13 May until the end of September (weather permitting), there will be a beginners' course every Saturday and Sunday. SUP boards are available for hire to all during the opening hours of Strandleben until sunset. Registration for the courses is possible up to 24 hours before the course by e-mail (gosup@spandauprojekt.de) or during opening hours at the beach life. Rental only takes place spontaneously on site, reservations are not possible. Suitable for those who have enough balance to stand on one leg and are able to swim in open water.
Course offerings:
Beginner course incl. small tour: 3 hours 50,- € per person
From the age of 18. Minors may participate if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Minimum number of participants 3 persons, maximum number of participants 10 persons.
Deposit: valid identity card or EU passport
Content:
Instruction in material, basic technique and safety.
Followed by group exercises and free practice close to the beach life.
Break and then a short tour of the Ihme/Leine. The length of the tour always depends on the ability of the group and takes into account the weakest team member.
When: Always Saturday and Sunday from 13:00 to 16:00 Registration recommended!

1 hr. SUP hire:
12,- € / Reduced € 10 (for students, pupils, Region S Card holders).
2 hrs. SUP hire:
20,- € / Reduced € 15 (for students, pupils, Region S Card holders).
3 hrs. SUP hire:
28,- € / Reduced € 20 (for students, pupils, Region S Card holders).

Neoprene hire: included with on-board hire if available (no entitlement)
Neoprene booties hire: included with on-board hire if available (no entitlement)
Life jackets: Incl. if desired, compulsory for minors!
