... WITH STARS FROM THE FEUERWERK DER TURNKUNST.
It will be a firework display of spectacular musical, acrobatic and culinary highlights: The Night of Experiences at Hanover Adventure Zoo. In collaboration with the makers of the "Feuerwerk der Turnkunst" - Europe's most successful gymnastics show - the zoo has once again put together a magical programme for four summer evenings in August that will impress and move you.
On 22/23 and 29/30 August 2025, visitors can look forward to a line-up full of stars, including comedian Sascha Korf, cabaret artist Matthias Brodowy, clown Frans and magician Yannik Barth. When the animals are behind the scenes, the habitat of polar bears, seals and penguins is transformed into an atmospheric stage for artistry, comedy and music at the Night of Experiences.

The artists at the Night of Experiences
Stage
The stand-up comedian Sascha Korf has an eye for interacting with the audience in a way that is both impulsive and sensitive. It is important to him not to expose anyone and still put a smile on the audience's faces.
Matthias Brodowy is a cabaret artist, pianist, singer, presenter and comedian and combines these skills to entertain the audience. He is often said to be the "representative of sophisticated nonsense". After his highly acclaimed performances last year, he will be performing on all four dates of the Night of Experiences.
Jens Ohle makes everyone laugh with his "Hamburger Schnauze" humour and enchants the audience with magic at the same time. However, the comedian is also artistically gifted and brings all components together with his act.
Tim Höfel is a professional BMX rider and provides a spectacular "breakdance on a bike" with challenging tricks combined with atmospheric music.
Those who want to experience extraordinary illusions and creative performances can Yannick Barth is definitely not to be missed. With his card magic, he manages to combine tradition and contemporary flair, so there's something for young and old alike.
Michal is an up-and-coming artist who can entertain anyone with her sense of humour and music. Her sarcastic lyrics, which tackle the everyday challenges of the hopelessly overwhelmed millennial, entertain to the full.
The well-known ventriloquist, presenter and magician Jan Mattheis is always welcome with his puppets and performs with the constant stage characters who have developed into "strong personalities" over the years.
With his bizarre humour and the use of visual comedy, the clown Peter Shub always puts the crowds in a good mood. Although he only makes minimalist gestures, he is intelligent and to the point, creating a concrete comedy that everyone understands.
Daniela Maier is an exceptionally versatile artist from Germany who captivates audiences with her elegance, strength and expressiveness. Among other things, she will present a spectacular aerial act in Yukon Bay that seemingly defies the limits of gravity and creates magical moments at lofty heights.
Walk acts
The public's favourite Clown Frans takes you into a magical world with his extraordinary and poetic-abstract performances. His style lends his performances a touch of mysticism and poetry. Frans waits excitedly to see who will come along to enjoy the best evening of the year together. One look into his dark eyes and you can see his soul; excited, fascinated, grateful, satisfied, in love... and soooo happy to be able to continue performing in Hanover
The Theatre Pikante creates a real street theatre with the well-known ants. The quirky wood ants have been bitten by the adventure bug. They march rhythmically and noisily through the unknown territory in rank and file. They explore the unknown and try everything they can get their hands on. Their commands in New Ameisian leave no questions unanswered. Some courageous spectators are promptly accepted into their ant colony and surprise the audience with their melodious singing.
An elephant also moves through the audience: the mimic figure Jochen the elephant is looking forward to the contact and good conversations with the visitors.
Even more animal creatures and fantastic creatures are provided by the stilt walkers from Upright. The interaction with the people and the elaborate design of the costumes are always an eye-catcher.
"Grandmother on a journey": Now the grand old tortoise Gonya has been living on Earth for 213 years and realises that some things have changed noticeably in recent years. Time to take a closer look! Without further ado, she boards a suitable rollator and sets off with her curious little great-grandson Kilpie. Slowly but tirelessly, the two of them now explore the increasingly humanised world together. Sometimes you have to stop and take a deep breath! A wonderful character from Pantao.
